Shipping Areas
  • Currently shipping across India only (all states and union territories).
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and expected dispatch date.

Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Flat shipping charge of ₹99 for orders below ₹999.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and non-refundable.

Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
  • Track your order status in real-time using the provided tracking ID on the courier partner’s website.
Shipping Address Changes
  • Address changes can be requested before dispatch by contacting customer care.
  • No changes allowed after the order has been shipped.
Multiple Shipments
  • For orders with multiple items, products may ship in separate packages if they have different availability or processing times.
  • You may receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
  • If your order is delayed beyond the promised delivery timeline, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • For lost shipments, file a claim with our courier partner. Replacement or refund (as applicable) will be processed after investigation.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
  • Courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails after maximum attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
  • Reshipping charges will apply for redelivery.
