Shipping Areas
- Currently shipping across India only (all states and union territories).
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and expected dispatch date.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Flat shipping charge of ₹99 for orders below ₹999.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and non-refundable.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
- Track your order status in real-time using the provided tracking ID on the courier partner’s website.
Shipping Address Changes
- Address changes can be requested before dispatch by contacting customer care.
- No changes allowed after the order has been shipped.
Multiple Shipments
- For orders with multiple items, products may ship in separate packages if they have different availability or processing times.
- You may receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the promised delivery timeline, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- For lost shipments, file a claim with our courier partner. Replacement or refund (as applicable) will be processed after investigation.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails after maximum attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
- Reshipping charges will apply for redelivery.
